04 / The way we work

Clear from the start.
Useful at the finish.

ClearPend stays with you from the first brief to the final review. Your point of contact helps clarify requirements, shares progress at agreed checkpoints and checks the delivery against what you asked for.

  1. 01

    Understand the work.

We review your brief, current materials and intended users. Missing information, dependencies and questions are identified before we confirm the project.

  2. 02

    Agree the standard.

Deliverables, format, price, timing and acceptance criteria are agreed in writing. We also confirm the source information, access and review arrangements.

  3. 03

    Prepare. Check. Refine.

We organise the content and prepare the deliverables using your approved information. Human review checks completeness against the brief, consistency, wording and practical usability. Unresolved details are flagged.

  4. 04

    Hand over with confidence.

You receive editable files and clear usage notes. We work through your feedback with you, correct any gaps against the agreed brief and complete a final review against the agreed acceptance criteria.

Guidance from beginning to end

About the agency

Professional standards.
Careful execution.

ClearPend brings client services and operational support together through a structured delivery process. Every assignment follows agreed requirements, documented quality checks and a clear review process. We take responsibility for the work we agree to deliver.

ClearPend

Defined deliverables. Clear accountability.

One point of contact, an agreed scope and a structured review process keep the work connected from the first brief to the final handover.

Final deliverables are reviewed against the agreed brief. Your policies, commitments and client relationships stay under your control.

Our quality commitment

We stand behind
the work we agree to deliver.

Checked against your brief.

We use the agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria as a checklist, so the final review has a clear standard.

Ready for everyday use.

Editable materials, consistent structure and practical handover notes are included in the agreed format.

We’ll put it right.

If an item falls short of the agreed brief, we’ll correct that item at no additional charge under the commitment below.

How the correction commitment works: tell us in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery, identifying the item and the agreed requirement it does not meet. Corrections needed to meet the original brief are included; we confirm their scope and completion date in writing. New deliverables, changed instructions and work outside the original brief are quoted separately. This is a commitment to the agreed work, not a guarantee of sales, retention or other business results.

A few things worth knowing

Before we begin.

How much will my project cost, and how long will it take?

Pricing and timing depend on the volume of material, the complexity of the work and the deliverables you need. After reviewing your brief, we provide a written quote with a defined scope, price, delivery date and payment terms. Work starts only after these are agreed. If you request additional work, we confirm any extra cost or change in timing before proceeding.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. A defined document, reply library or tracker is a practical starting point. We agree the scope and price before work begins, and you can decide whether further support would be useful.

What if a deliverable does not meet the agreed brief?

Our quality commitment includes corrections at no additional charge when a delivered item does not meet the original agreed brief. Notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery and identify the requirement that was missed. We confirm the correction scope and completion date in writing. New requirements or changes to the original brief are quoted separately. The commitment covers the deliverables, not a promised commercial outcome.

Can I ask about a project that is not listed here?

Absolutely. Send a short description of the work, the tools involved, your preferred timing and the outcome you need. We assess the requirements and available capacity, then confirm whether we can take it on and on what terms. Ongoing support, live customer communication and technical implementation each need their own assessment and agreed scope.

What information do you need from us?

Usually a short brief, the materials you want organised and your current policies or process. Please use anonymised examples for an initial enquiry. We agree suitable access and data-handling arrangements before any sensitive information is shared.

Do you work in English and Spanish?

Yes. Written support is available in English and Spanish. The language and any translation requirements are agreed as part of the project scope.

Let’s clear a little space

What’s on your
pending list?

Send a short brief: what your business does, the work you need help with and your target date. We’ll clarify the requirements and confirm whether we can help before preparing a project proposal.
